Join this complimentary and informative session, hosted by Business & Career Services, Inc. and presented by Alan M. Kaplan, a management employment lawyer. 

Important 2025 changes for companies, their employees and unions who want to represent employees:

  • Are your company’s workers, employees or independent contractors?
  • Is your company a joint employer with the temporary employment service?
  • Will your employees’ tips, bonuses and overtime be taxed?
  • What reports must my company file with the State?
